Notes:
Looking for wide reclaimed planks hemlock/pine (or similar) 6"-12"+ siding or flooring x long lengths 10' min ideally longer. Mixed widths is fine but with an average of 10". Best if it all comes from one original building for consistency. OK if paint or stain on one side as long as back face is useable. Will be back planing to be used as flooring so either needs to 1" planks OR could be 3/4" or greater t&g or lap with joints in reusable condition. Need a minimum of 600 sq ft but would buy 2000 or so if pricing is good. Target price is under 3.00/sq for planks. More tbd if reusable original joints
